Why a disposable pre-filled ampoules with integrated self-locking needle

Pls. note that our disposable pre-filled sterile ampoule with integrated self-locking needle is suitable for pharmaceutical products (with a capacity from 0.5 to 1.5 ml) as subcutaneous vaccines, heparin calcium, pre-dosed insulin, pain-killer as butorphenol. In fact these particular medicaments have to be produced and packed in particular sterile conditions because it is not possible a final sterilization at the end of the producing cycle.

 

In consequence of the previous specification we can assert:

1. The production of disposable safety medical devices (with retractable self-locking dangerous parts) is one of the most important realities emerging in the medical sector on a world-wide level . The social demand for disease prevention and for safety in the working environment, calls for the substitution of standard disposable medical devices with new safety medical devices.
2. The problem of accidental needlesticks alarms all government throughout the world not only because these injuries can infect the sanitary operators with invalidating infirmities such as hepatitis A, B, hepatitis C, AIDS/HIV, etc., but also because the cost of treating the diseases increases the cost of National Health Insurance and private insurances (it is well-known that the diseases deriving from infect blood can exceed the number of 40).
3. In a joint declaration, WHO (World Health Organisation), UNICEF (United Nations Children’s Fund), UNFPA (United Nations Population Fund) and IFRC (International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies) entrust that all countries should use AD syringes (AD = Auto Disable – disposable syringes that cannot be utilized more than one time) to administer vaccinations and have already declared that the AD syringes exclude the risk of infection of bloodborne disease from person to person because these can not be reused.
